As a first time Mama, I felt extremely overwhelmed with all things baby. I have learned a whole lot during the last nine months of being pregnant about things I didn’t even think I would need to know. I have also done a ton of research during my pregnancy insomnia [aka 2 am] to figure out what I need for a new baby, including the hospital stay when giving birth.
Please note: our birthing course teacher [who works at the hospital we will be at as a labour and delivery nurse] said that if you were to go into labour and had absolutely nothing, the hospital would have everything you need. These are just some things that will make you feel a little more comfortable during your stay.
